This breathtaking three story English Tudor-style house is 4,356 square feet of pure bliss situated on a main channel with gorgeous sunset views. What makes this home even more special is the fact that it is one of about ten homes or fewer that boast 3 stories in the Huntington Harbour due to height restrictions. In this particular market this latest price tag reflects a short supply. There are very few homes on the market with this sort of water frontage and square footage on top of the fact that the previous owners have all kept up with it impeccably. Plus what adds to the homes' charm is the fact that this home has become somewhat of a pop culture landmark, with pirates that go back a couple owners and that will once again stay as part of the house.
